Process for Students who are new to our school is as follows:

Please be aware of the following Criteria need to be met in order to be considered in the Application Process.

• Length of time registered in St. Eleanor Parish, with verification from St. Eleanor Rectory.
• Weekly presence at Mass.
• Support of the Parish through identifiable contributions.

For the Application process, the following must be presented:

• Verification from the pastor of registration in St. Eleanor Parish
• State certificate of birth as evidence of age.
• Certificate of Baptism from a Catholic church
• Records of compliance with local and State of Pennsylvania health regulations.
• Child's social security number
• Child's previous school and its address
• School district of child's permanent residence
• Payment of the non-refundable $60.00 registration fee
• Any educational information from the child's preschool or kindergarten (Grades K-1)
• A copy of the report card (Grades 2-8) and other available educational information
• Satisfactory academic and conduct records from their prior school (Grades 2-8)

Following receipt of the Application requirements and review of your child's readiness for our school program, you will be notified of their acceptance by April.
